Exaclair, Inc. is a subsidiary of Exacompta Clairefontaine, a French family of brands which includes Exacompta, Clairefontaine, Rhodia, Quo Vadis, G. Lalo, Decopatch, J. Herbin, Brause and Decopatch. Exaclair is the exclusive distributor in the U.S. of these companies' finished products.
